The PC is not able to play sounds, because the 3G device is disabling the audio card. This is a common issue encountered by many V-cell 3G Data Card users. In order to fix it you will need to enable it every time you uninstall and reinstall the V-cell 3G Data Card. To do this, you need to right-click the sound icon from System Tray and to open Playback devices. Right-click anywhere in the opened tab and select Show Disabled Devices. Select your sound card, click Set Default and then press Properties. From the Device usage drop-down list select Use this device (Enable), press Apply and then OK.

When the controls are greyed out, it means that the Flash Player installation is OK, but the video is missing. You might need to search for an alternative video hosting website. Your Flash installation is OK if you see the controls of the Flash player.
The video keeps playing but it keeps stopping, I guess for buffering but it never did that before. What's the problem?

If you know the file format of your photos, go to Start and in the Search Programs and files field type "ext:file format". For example, if the files are using the .jpg format, you will need to type ext:jpg. If you don't know the file format, go to Start and type kind:pics or kind:photos. The search engine will provide you a list with all images from your computer. If you can't locate the downloaded files, you will need to transfer them again on your PC. If you deleted the pictures from your camera, you can try to recover them using a utility from Software Informer database.
